Description

Risk:
System Design will not support required queries (ex. Forest cover data).

Impact:
Users may not be able to answer all the questions they have while using the HaBC system. They may need to do their own analysis with their results.

Mitigation Strategy:
Inform users what the system is intended to do and what it is not intended to do.
