Description

Risk:
Acquiring data from data custodian may take longer than expected.

Impact:
Data loading is delayed. The application release may be delayed or the application may not have all the expected layers as outlined in the Geoconnections proposal.

Mitigation Strategy:
Each layer has been assigned a contact person for Refractions to work with. Layers will be prioritized. Layer acquisition began in October. Data custodians will be contacted frequently by Refractions team.
