Repeatable Uncaught Exception Error with How Much Query with ALL selection

Description

To reproduce this bug: -1) create any How Much Query 2) erase it 3) attempt to drag and drop an ALL categories list to either the Drop Categories Row or Column pads - an error window will pop up with the following message.

Uncaught Exception: com.google.gwt.core.client.JavaScriptException?: JavaScript? TypeError? exception: b is null

A partial work around is to double click to add the ALL category to the columns pad area.

Bug is resolved in Internet Explorer IE7 (on Vista) however it is not resolved on Firefox 3.5.8 (on Vista).
