Description

Risk:
Server is unable to return summarizations within two hours when there are more than two simultaneous users.

Impact:
Users may have to wait for their results.

Mitigation Strategy:
Users will, at the very least, receive a message the system has accepted their query. Testing with multiple users will take place on a regular basis.
