Hectares BC License

The copyright in the Material will belong exclusively to the Nature Trust, and the Contractor hereby assigns its copyright in the Material to the Nature Trust and waives and moral right it may have in or to the Material.

The Proponent hereby grants to Canada a non-exclusive, irrevocable, world-wide, royalty-free licence in perpetuity to use or sublicense the use of any such Intellectual Property for governmental purposes.
