Goals

• submit systems doc to Matt
• working base map
• complete logging system
• view map results for a single layer
• zoom and pan around
• drag a layer into the definition window

Retrospective

• Everyone buys into the scrum process
• We did what we set out to do

• The last week of the sprint was disorganized
• Not enough tasks were broken down; we should spend a bit more time breaking down tasks in the midsprint review
• We overestimated how long it would take us to complete tasks, which left us with fewer things done than what we would have otherwise accomplished.
• IE sucks
• I feel continuously interrupted and times and totally unproductive

Based on the feedback from the sprint retrospective, we will do the following during Sprint 3:

• Spend more time at the midsprint review decomposing tasks so that if we are moving quickly through tasks, there are options in the uncommitted backlog to pull over to the current sprint.
• Allocate time to investigating and dealing with inconsistencies between browsers
• Before we ask someone on the team a question, we should ask ourselves if it's something that needs to be addressed immediately, or can it wait until that person appears to be interrupted or distracted.
