Goals
* Gather & Data Processing for the following layers:
- Slope, Aspect, Elevation
- VRI
- Parks & Protected Areas
- Climate
- Generic Land Use Classification
* Complete Summary Tab (Login not required functionality)
* Add predetermined query functionality to land characterization & summary tab
* Complete & Document performance testing for lc tab
* Bug and Enhancment link to system.
* Allowing external users to use the system.
* Ability to allow metadata editing (by data owners)
